With our extensive recruiting experience and proven track
record of delivery, we take an organized approach.

Collection of Requirements

First, we record customer requirements including job profile, qualification criteria, number of employees, salary, nationality and all important job information in our detailed requirements document.

Documentation

In the second step, required documents such as application, power of attorney, model contract and other documents are obtained from job seekers according to country specific requirements.

Invitation letter and interview schedul

We send letters of invitation allowing clients to get delegated visa stamps and job seekers to travel for interviews. After receiving the representative visa, we agree on a mutually acceptable plan which we discuss with the client.

Submission of documents and health status

In the next step, we send documents including photos to selected candidates from various batch plans. Additionally, we provide approved applicants with a medical fitness report.

Visa processing and staff recruitment

After processing the visa application, our clients send us a copy of the visa within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the documents. In the next step, the employee travels after receiving the visa.

Finalization of candidate

The final phase of the process is the negotiation and retention phase, where we negotiate salary packages, start dates and offer letters. In addition, we are continuously expanding our relationship with our clients and shortlisted candidates to ensure the smooth integration of candidates into the company.
